Information you choose to send

When you request service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup or job location, preferred date, project description, company information, item selections, and photos. Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in a form, photo, text, or email.

Website and campaign information

Our site uses a signed session cookie for security, form operation, and first-touch attribution. We may retain the page where a visit began, referral domain, campaign tags, a random visitor identifier, and basic server logs. The site does not load Google Analytics or use optional analytics cookies.

How we use information

• Review, quote, schedule, and perform requested services.
• Contact you about the request using the method you selected.
• Maintain business records, diagnose problems, and improve the request process.
• Prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
• Meet legal, tax, insurance, or dispute-resolution obligations.

When information is shared

Photos and access links

Uploaded project photos are stored with the service request. Authorized notification links are signed, difficult to guess, and expire. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to view the photo until it expires, so do not upload images containing sensitive or unrelated personal information.

Retention and choices

We keep request records only as long as reasonably needed for operations, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to records we must retain. A browser can block cookies, but doing so may prevent forms or LiveView features from working correctly.

Children

This site is intended for people arranging home or business services and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.
